With so many fantastic things to experience in Sydney it is hard to choose the Best 5 to do and this list could easily be the Best 50!

Bondi Beach
Bondi Beach could easily be the place to spend a few days. Bondi Beach so a quick bus ride from the city and has such a vibe to it. The view, the surf and the lifestyle is so chilled and stunningly beautiful. A MUST DO is the walk from Bondi to Bronte. The path hugs the coast line and the endless view of the ocean is breathtaking.

Sydney Harbour Foreshore
You will be in awe of this view and the atmosphere that happens at the Opera House. This iconic place is a MUST on your tourist list but you will all so find lots of Sydneysiders chilling here. Grab a chilled glass of wine at the Opera Bar and soak it all in.

The Sydney Harbour Bridge
We all know this amazing feat in engineering that says SYDNEY!! I have a huge love affair with this city and the Bridge is the focal point. Walking over the top is an option – book ahead- or save your coins and walk across it. The view is still breathtaking and you will see the harbour. Catch the train on your return journey and save your legs.

Walking the City
With so much to see and do, walking is the best way to soak up the city. The public transport is amazing and will take you anywhere you need to be. On our last visit we discovered the Sydney Culture Walks in the App Store. It was an amazing self walking guide to so many interesting places. We went off the beaten path and visited many Street Art sites.

History
With so many old buildings and history to be found in the city, you will be walking from one building to the next with your mouth opened in awe. The Queen Victoria Building (QVB) and The Strand Arcade are full of the most beautiful architect. I loved all the stain glass windows and beautifully tiled floor. Head to David Jones and visit their Food Court which is world class. Pick up some beautiful food for a picnic in Hyde Park and lunch near the old St Mary’s Cathedral.
Will you make it over to New Orleans? Would love to show you around our town. As a podcaster (Beyond Bourbon Street) and the Dad of two five year old girls I see New Orleans from many perspectives. I live my hometown and think y’all would enjoy a stop over!
